Additionally, according to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), stress, depression, or anxiety accounts for over a quarter of all work-related ill health in construction. Stress, anxiety, and burnout are unfortunately common, making it vital to foster a culture of openness and support. We are currently developing specialised training programmes to better equip teams and managers with the tools needed to address mental health challenges proactively and sensitively in this sector.
